• Escorted clients to Open Houses, as well as arranged for private tours of properties for sale and/or rent
• Negotiated pricing and conditions for sales, including the use of an Escalation Clause to secure a property
• Represented many clients multiple times (ie, my renters became buyers)

• Printing Pressroom employee for 44 years
• Managed and operated the Automated Guidance Vehicle System for newsprint delivery to the printing press
• Managed the Newsprint warehouse; responsibilities included ordering paper, scheduling the workforce, repair and reconciliation of damaged rolls
• Served as an elected representative to the Board of Trustees for Newspaper Printing Pressmen’s Union, Local #3 for 28 years. Responsibilities included contract negotiations, arbitrations, member advocacy, research and analysis for group benefits
