Working 2 jobs consistently for the past 2.5 years has improved my work ethic tremendously as I have a lot of goals and expectations for myself. As for Being in a management role for every year of my work experience i’ve learned that management isnt just about telling people what to do, it’s about building a foundation with your crew/ employees, Building trust, being the best you can to make your job and their job easier by ensuring everyone is deployed in the right position for them and holding everyone accountable and to the same level of expectations.
