
As a 19 year old i’ve dealt with a lot of different experiences which have motivated me to be the best version of myself that I can be. Working 2 jobs consistently for the past 2.5 years has improved my work ethic tremendously as I have a lot of goals and expectations for myself. As for Being in a management role for every year of my work experience i’ve learned that management isnt just about telling people what to do, it’s about building a foundation with your crew/ employees, Building trust, being the best you can to make your job and their job easier by ensuring everyone is deployed in the right position for them and holding everyone accountable and to the same level of expectations.
• Took on a hard role with lots of responsibilities but showed I can handle it
• Showed determination by working 3rd shift at ups and still using time wisely / Always on time for work
• Showed a strong work ethic by becoming a great ramp employee
• Gave examples of being determined to get the job done on time
• Worked very hard being the best I could to the best of my ability
• Managed the crew making sure the best candidates were in the position to make the job go smoothly
• Showed I can handle rushes and being busy by making sure my speed was on point
• Became the closing manager by showing I can properly get the job done and preform the task well to get out on time every night
• Handled a lot of adversity being a manager at 15 but made sure I was never doubted
• By being so determined to make the store better and the job easier for everyone I managed to boost the store to a 100% on health and safety
