I have been a cdl delivery driver for 15 years. And in that 15 years I have learned another. I was able to learn all the routes at Green co. I became reliable in the fact that I could run any route. I trained new hires on the Cart route which I did for most of my career. After years of that position I applied for others position and was denied because they couldn't replace me. So I felt like my skills were irrelevant to this company and led me to where I am currently employed. I believe I am ready for the next step.
