Sole manager of two Bed and Breakfasts with a total of 60 beds. Management of groundskeepers, housekeepers, maintenance men and contractors. Keeping all equipment serviced and working, inspecting and repairing all aspects of property and replacing broken equipment. Exclusively renting houses to groups only ranging from 4 bedroom to 9 bedroom houses. Ordering and maintaining supplies for all aspects of the business.

• Live-in management of a Turn of the Century Greek Revival mansion with just four rooms for guests.
• Corresponded with clientele, serving a gourmet breakfast, maintaining grounds/concierge services, and meeting and helping clientele.

• Management of French Quarter Apartment builds.
• A combination of commercial apartments and vacation condos.
• Full working order, maintaining pool and grounds, enforcing security policies and rules, collecting rent, checking guests in and out of vacation condos, performing concierge duties.

• Welcoming VIP guests to the Club Lounge twice complimentary food, beverages and hors d'oeuvres.
• Answering any questions, giving directions, making reservations for guests.
• Arranging day trips with them.
• Setting up a buffet and doing as host in a restaurant.

• Management of French Quarter Guest House with 14 rooms as well as 34 vacation condos.
