Riggs Crossing Senior Housing (33 Million value )

Superintendent; Riggs Crossing Senior Residences (Riggs Crossing), is a new senior affordable housing development coming to Ward 4. The project is part of APAH’s regional expansion and marks its first community in the District of Columbia. Riggs Crossing is the product of a partnership with EYA LLC, the developer of the adjacent Riggs Park Place townhome community. When completed, the project will add 93 apartments for independent adults aged 62 and older, located blocks from community amenities, retail, and the Fort Totten Metrorail Station. The community will create 52 apartments for households with incomes at or below 30% of the Median Family Income (MFI) and 41 apartments for households between 30% to 50% of MFI. Ten apartments are designated for Permanent Supportive Housing, with services provided by Jaydot. This mix of unit types will address the growing need for deeply affordable homes in the region.

Montgomery Judicial Center
Rockville, MD
Lead Field Engineer; This project involves an addition to and renovation of the existing Judicial Center. The Judicial Center Annex is a six-story building with one level underground parking and one level mechanical penthouse. The Annex provides ten additional courtrooms and administrative spaces. The renovation of the existing judicial center includes upgrading interior spaces, mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades. The project will be designed to comply with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) guidelines for LEED Silver (potentially Gold certification) which includes a green roof and roof mounted photovoltaic panels. The existing plaza and green spaces will be redesigned to invite public use of the space. The green space will include a water fountain, new trees, benches and a Memorial Walkway to receive the memorial plaques that will be relocated to allow for the construction of the Annex. Refer to the site plan image for the location of the Memorial Walkway.
The project consists of three phases. Phase one includes the existing Judicial Center HVAC renovation for floor 6-9 and the penthouse roof. Phase two includes the construction of the Annex and the phase three encompasses the interior renovation and upgrades of the remaining area of the existing Judicial Center.

Greensboro Metro Station
Tysons, Virginia
Lead Field Engineer; Greensboro was built in the median of SR 7 with a single island platform serving two tracks. However, unique amongst all Silver Line stations in Tysons, it was built partially at ground level and sub-surface. The construction and overall design of the station have been likened to that of Southern Avenue on the Green Line because of its depressed but open-air layout. This is the result of the south end of the station acting as the western portal for the connecting tunnel leading to SR 123 while SR 7 slopes upwards towards the east. A mezzanine covering the central half of the platform will contain ticket machines and faregates; two aerial walkway exits will cross either side of Route 7 and meet at the mezzanine. The main platform has a height of −10 ft (−3.0 m) at its east end and 8 ft (2.4 m) at its west end
Trump International Hotel ( 200 Million Value )
Washington, District of Columbia
Lead Field Engineer; Subcontractor to Lendlease who provided preconstruction and construction management services for the redevelopment of the historic Old Post Office Pavilion in Washington DC into the Trump International Hotel. Many of the iconic features of the historic Old Post Office Pavilion were preserved during the transformation into a luxury hotel. The project features 265 guestrooms with 14'-16' ceilings, soaring windows, restored historic millwork, crystal sconces and chandeliers; including two Presidential suites at 3,500 square feet and 5,000 square feet. The Cortile is a 180'+/- atrium that functions as the hotel's gathering place, comprising the grand lobby and lounge. A 36,000 square foot meeting and event space including the Grand Ballroom at over 13,000 square feet with double high ceilings. Also featured are several restaurants, a 5,000 square foot spa, a library, museum, and indoor and outdoor gardens. The project is received LEED-CI certification.
MGM National Harbor ( 1.4 Billion Value )
Oxen Hill, Maryland Lead Field Engineer; MGM Resorts International received a license in December 2013 to develop a US$925 million resort] (later increased to US$1.2 billion) in National Harbor. The company received the license after competing with bids from Penn National Gaming to develop a US$700 million facility at its Rosecroft Raceway and Greenwood Racing to develop a US$761 million facility near Maryland Route 210.
