• Manage clinic from open to close, coordinating all in person and virtual Primary Care, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, and aiding with 50 other clinics in the Seattle and Portland market.
• Work with wide range of specialties including Emergency Medicine, Mental Health, Women's Health, Diagnostic Imaging, and Physical Therapy.
• Knowledgeable with navigating medical systems, specifically EMR, MD Scripts, LIS, Google based systems and more, all within HIPPA guidelines
• Conduct check- ins and check- outs which includes verifying demographics, coordinating/ dispensing / reconstituting patient’s prescriptions, schedule follow-up visits and imaging services and specimen collections, educating and processing insurance information

• In the beginning of the pandemic, COVID-19 testing was not widely accessible to the general public. ZoomCare teamed up with UW Medicine in a research study for a pilot COVID-19 PCR based test. My part involved assisting with specimen collection, lab processing compliant with CLIA standards, clinic safety, privacy assurance compliant with HIPPA and PHI, navigating new system setups, and relaying feedback to the overseeing parties to further the success of COVID-19 testing capabilities within our communities.
