Directed weather support for Grand Forks Air Force Base, secured $11B in Air Combat Command (ACC) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) ground and air assets, as well as the safety of 3K personnel. Supervised 12 personnel, managed the training and technical growth of a very diverse weather flight that directly supported combat operations across six global operating theaters including the United States, Pacific, Europe, Asia, Southwest Asia, and South America. I was the Unit Security Manager, having oversaw information pertaining to physical, industrial and personal security, responsible for 128 military and DOD civilian personnel.

Maintained Mission Execution Forecast (MEF) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and reported forecast verification metrics to Higher Headquarters. Operated and maintained $1.5M in automated weather sensing equipment, vital to resource protection for 7.5K populace. Supported fighter aircraft operations across Utah, South Korea, and Europe with timely, mission tailored weather forecasts encompassing take-off, landing, route of flight, mission operating areas, and target locations. Deployed five times across the Middle East, East Europe, and West Africa, supporting various fixed wing, rotary wing, and unmanned aircraft.
