• Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Cutting, stripping, and crimping wires to precise specifications.
• Soldering and connecting wires, terminals, and connectors.
• Routing and bundling cables using heat shrink tubing, tie wraps, or other securing methods.
• Conducting continuity and resistance tests using multimeters or specialized testing equipment.
• Performing visual inspections for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Identifying and repairing faulty connections or damaged wiring.
• Following aerospace industry standards (such as IPC/WHMA-A-620, AS9100, or MIL-SPEC requirements).
• Documenting assembly steps and test results for traceability.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Working with engineers and quality inspectors to resolve assembly issues.
• Suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and product reliability.

• Restocking Shelves – Replenishing merchandise on shelves and in displays.
• Unloading Trucks – Receiving shipments and moving products to the sales floor.
• Organizing Backroom Inventory – Keeping track of stock levels and ensuring items are stored properly.
