Ran an asphalt highway lay down crew. Operated many types of heavy equipment. Ordered asphalt, oil, kept track of quantities of materials, trained people on equipment and labor type positions and coordinated with state employees about ongoing projects.coordinated with asphalt plant operator and truck drivers about hours of operation, quantities and locations. In the winter will work in the shop doing maintenance and repair on all types of heavy equipment and plant equipment as well as driving truck pulling doubles, and running front end loaders. Will also help move large oversized loads when we move our portable asphalt plant and run a lowboy trailer hauling large, heavy equipment.

Operated asphalt screed to deliver smooth, high quality roads and streets. Ran front end loaders, screening plants, mobile crusher, and built aggregate stockpiles as well as reclamation work. Ran ran roller as needed, water truck, rough grader, as well as running a distributor truck to shoot asphalt oil as needed. Helped haul large oversized loads of asphalt plant to move to new locations as needed as well as running a lowboy to move large pieces of equipment. Have experience with double side dumps, double belly dumps, double end dumps and hauling with combination tanks. Would stockpile aggregate every winter in adverse conditions as well.
