Michel Espinoza

I carry a strong work ethic and very much value relationships. Whatever tasks or challenges are before me, I ensure they are taken care of promptly and with excellence. I believe in being a team player and working together to achieve a goal. Furthermore, I always try to better myself and help those around the grow and become better versions of themselves as God enables us.

Apart from my secular work experience I also gained a decades worth of ministry experience. I've been apart of Faith Chapel since August of 2013. Since then I immediately got involved in the Young Adults Ministry. While I was a part if this ministry I learned how to minister in a variety of ways including delivering sermons, discipleship, team building and many other nuances to Pastoral Ministry under Pastor Josiah Elias. This has led to speaking at other Young Adult Ministries in the area as invitations arise.

I watched and learned how to problem solve whenever a situation arises of endless possibilities. I learned how to use software such as Pro Presenter and Planning Center for running a service and church management. I learned how to set up slides for the speakers messages amongst other elements to ensuring services and ministry is functioning well to a variety of different ages.

I've also helped out with the Media Team for Faith Chapel's main Sunday services. I learned how to run the lyrics for worship and also all the aspects for producing a live-stream service including camera, running the switcher, and broadcasting to multiple online platforms. I was also trained on running the lights for service as well as setting up all the power and technical needs for any given service in the sanctuary.

I've also assisted with Meet The Need for a number of years. When I volunteered there I helped with everything from the registration process, serving the food, to helping carry heavy items to the car for the elderly.

I've also helped out with a wide range of Faith Chapel events. I've done whatever has been asked of me in order to bless my church. I've ushered, helped out with parking, and been the runner for the bands for the concerts we host, various ministries, site visits alongside Pastor Josiah, Trunk or Treat, Christmas Toy Giveaway and anything else asked of me. I've been helping out with the kids ministry for 5 years before stepping in to help lead FC Kids this past year.
