I've been training students from Kaiser Permanente and SUI for the last 4 years and especially during the pandemic when other facilities would not take them due to the risk of exposure prior to hiring them. During the training process I get them prepared for patient assessments prior to performing their exams. They learn how to communicate, scan properly, and become efficient in their experience. While training the students I would stay in contact with the schools online with documentation and evaluations. I never saw myself as a teacher but I have found it to be very rewarding in seeing the students succeed in their careers.
