The hotel has a restaurant where I was a hostess, my job was to answer calls for reservations and at the same time orders for room service in the hotel. I handled the organization of the tables to accommodate the customers and kept the order of the waiters for the allocation of tables in question. That positioned me to learn about greeting, food and a little bit of wines. I also had an excellent management of the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I started my job as a kitchen assistant, three months later my boss asked me to be a restaurant manager, I had learned very quickly about ordering from suppliers and training new employees, over time I learned to organize schedules and establish rules, I worked more than 50 hours a week, with the help of my boss we improved the menu, I created more than 8 recipes for soups that people adored, it was a small restaurant that sold a lot so I reorganized the space so that it was possible to have the necessary merchandise, among others.
