Started out in first shift evisceration production line worker .Transferred to night shift production line worker ,where I was promoted to departmental lead .Transferred to packaging department and trained for HACCP . While being a HACCP monitor ,learned production line jobs .During that time I filled in for QA for a short time .Was promoted to lead and was interested in Supervisor trainee program .I remained a lead through 3 supervisor ,due to management choice .I did not feel my last supervisor was in the company or team members best interest so I transferred to evisceration to be a production line worker . After a short time I was promoted to lead again ,where I remained until night shift ended.  I chose first shift packaging as my department . I started out as production line worker and now I am performing shop floor control monitor .In this position I not only monitor process but I help employees and management.
