• Develop and support novel innovations in ultrasound for potential benefits through customer feedback, market analysis, and clinical evaluations with luminaries
• Provide clinical support during external evaluations for intra-operative and interventional ultrasound procedures

• Uncover true needs of physicians and decision-makers

• Concentrate on management of existing customer base to ensure satisfaction and activities
• Support various projects as Subject Matter Expert to ensure high-quality support of customers and resources for colleagues including: Echo Navigator, ICE applications, Pediatric Echo, Adult Learning Concepts, and others
• Involved in Train the Trainer, local and national Conference support
• Provide leadership and resource for other Clinical Specialists.
