As a special needs paraprofessional, I have developed the skills to coordinate and assemble multifaced, complex projects with people of varying experiences, backgrounds, and disabilities. A special needs paraprofessional job requires communication, material handling skills, and the ability to multitask in a quick-paced, fluid environment. Patient Special Education Paraprofessionals are supportive of instructors and skilled in implementing classroom activities. Along with that we are experienced in classroom safety, learning processes and individualized learning.
The special education paraprofessionals assists the teacher in general daily classroom activities, help special needs students, and cares for their physical, emotional health and safety, affirming their abilities, and striving to promote dignity in all relationships.
