Michelle Martinez

• Helping students in Spanish 101 or 102 with any assignment they feel like they do not understand as their homework, guiding them to success.

• Organized student-led outreach events on campus. Faith Justice team freshman year which we helped get free period pads and tampons around the school creating a big event and having to do come to the table to help feed people that need it.
• Sophomore year I got changed to another position which comes with creating a open space for residence in the dorms, residential ministry where they can grab snacks and come talk about their day.

I was able to help with the students, skills with organizing classroom and managing it. I would be there to help clean the classrooms and help with the activities for the kids.

This job made me reflect how I want to continue helping the future generations with no doubt and the teachers allowed me to do activities with them as dancing, coloring, play time and sometimes put them to sleep for nap time it was a blessing.

• Worked as a summer mentor for kids ages 5-17 year olds and guided them in field-trips, arts and crafts and anything that they worked in the summer.
• I went back to working as a after-school teacher for them being a resource for them to help on their homework.

• Work experience through evolution on the daily, capacity, knowledge and understanding.
• I would help by filing documents and having to order stuff they needed as also putting their events in their calendars.

• I would file, be a receptionist and pass out mail. Sometimes I will also organize materials that will come in to where they belonged in closets or desks of people.
