• Completed scheduling and Kronos, for 85+ team members in conjunction with Rehab Supervisor, conducted interviews for PT/OT/SLP/rehab tech positions, performed 1:1’s with team members to improve retention, participated in team member annual review process 85+ team members, observed coachings/counselings/actions plans/terms with Rehab Manager.
• Assisted with creation of digital E-board for PT/OT/SLP in order to improve efficiency and accuracy of team caseloads.
• Contributed to Speech Work Group, FEES Collaborative, Dysphagia committee, Rehab collab Enhancement Committee, ARS work group, Acute Leadership meeting, IDDSI committee, and FEES trainer meeting within Baycare to facilitate change and improve system-wide rehab processes, protocols, and polices.
• Presented at ICU liberation, guest speaker to ICU care team, represented on behalf of SLP team to SJH foundation, attended SJH Quality day and presented to nursing/clinical staff on IDDSI, attended Quality Share Day to represent ARS nomination. Additionally Created educational powerpoints for DNV and resident physicians.
• Provided Pedi and OP teams with FEES training, offering clinical and technical support during program rollout.
