Also, for all insurance questions. I also schedule appointments and take calls concerning doctor visits and their tests. Send messages to the nurses from patients and insurance companies. Addressed patients' concerns and questions about one-day surgical procedures. I have also worked and learned our new Meditech system. Have worked in Nex Gen, which was our old system. Know our phone system, it is a system I have worked in before. I have gone through the classes for our Meditech system. Can look up patients, and would love to check in patients.
