Skills: Responds quickly to emergency situations within the ICU by providing appropriate resuscitative measures or other life-saving interventions as indicated, titrates critical medications including sedation and vasopressors, advocates for patient needs with interdisciplinary team and implements outlined treatment plans.

Medical ICU-Level 1 Trauma Center

Full-time 36hrs/week

Float to Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, Neuro ICU, Shock and Trauma ICU and Intermediate Care for 13 weeks then chose to stay in Medical ICU

Skills: Titrates critical medications including sedation and vasopressors, responds to emergency situations with speed, expertise and level-headed approaches to provide optimal care, support and life-saving interventions; assessed patient conditions, monitored behaviors and updated supervising physicians with observations and concerns; advocated for patient needs with interdisciplinary team and implemented outlined treatment plans.

Stepdown Unit (Cardiac)

Full-time 36hrs/week

Skills: Cared for patients with cardiovascular disease who had procedures/surgeries done and monitored for cardiac and respiratory complications. Titrated medications. Float to ICU.

Float ICU, Emergency Department and Med Surg Tele

Full-time 36hrs/week

Skills: Worked as resource to all units, completed Admissions, Transfers and Discharges, administered medications, tracked dosages and documented patient conditions, updated patient charts to reflect changes to care plans, interventions and observation and collaborated with interdisciplinary personnel to create, implement and manage patient care plans suiting individual needs and preferences. Titrated medications.

General Intensive Care Unit-Level 1 Trauma Center

Full-time 36hrs/week

Skills: Titrated critical medications including sedation and vasopressors; responded to emergency situations with speed, expertise and level-headed approaches to provide optimal care, support and life-saving interventions; assessed patient conditions, monitored behaviors and updated supervising physicians with observations and concerns; advocated for patient needs with interdisciplinary team and implemented outlined treatment plans.

Skills: Administered care and medications to patients, communicated with physicians and other healthcare professionals, collaborated to create a plan of patient care and responds to patient inquiries and concerns.

Skills: Managed patient care of the mentally ill individuals, monitored and communicated their physical and mental health status with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, supervised nursing staff.

Acute Care/Intensive Care Unit

Full-time 40hrs/wk

Skills: Assessed patient conditions, delivered patient care, administered medications, changed dressings, monitored vital signs, kept records, provided patients with support and education, titrated sedation and vasopressors.

Memory Care Unit

Part-time 16hrs/week

Skills: Facilitated patient admission, transfer and discharge processes, helped patients and families feel comfortable during challenging and stressful situations, promoting recovery and reducing compliance issues and assessed patient conditions, monitored behaviors and updated supervising physicians with observations and concerns.

Skilled Nursing Facility
