• Supervise drug screeners during sample collection to ensure the integrity and validity of all specimens, verify client identities, and confirm that required payments are made in accordance with agency policies.
• Coordinate drug testing and supervision using Excel, Eprobation, Paracelsus, and other software to ensure seamless communication and compliance with requirements set by the Courts, Health and Social Services (HSA), Parole and Probation, and other referring agencies.
