As a Women's Volleyball Statistics Worker at St. Olaf College, I was responsible for observing and calling almost every play during matches, including passes, blocks, digs, spikes, sets, and points. I coordinated with a colleague who entered the data into the official NCAA system. This fast-paced role sharpened my focus and ability to communicate clearly and concisely under pressure. I developed strong organizational skills and the discipline to maintain accuracy while watching a rapid game.

I worked at Milk N Tea, a boba tea and snack store in a mall in Plano, Texas. My job was to take customer orders and make drinks. I also helped keep the store clean and organized while working. I spoke with customers in a friendly and professional way, even when they were upset. I was patient and careful to make sure every order was correct. I always tried to smile and be kind so customers felt welcome.
