Zumba, Ski, Road Bike

Zumba - Zumba is more than just a workout for me. It helps me to relax and refresh my mind. It is beneficial for my physical and mental well-being.

Ski - I love teaching ski to kids. I learn that each kid has a different personality influenced by their parents. I also enjoy teaching beginners who are not easy to teach. But my job is to make them love ski more than technique.

Road Bike - I have taken part in several demanding events. I have completed the STP (Seattle to Portland) three times, a 206-mile bike ride from Seattle, Washington to Portland, Oregon in one or two days. I have also joined the Courage Classic, an annual bike ride that supports the Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital and Health Network. It spans 162 miles over three Washington mountain passes: Snoqualmie, Blewett, and Stevens. These rides demand endurance, strength, and courage.
