Collaborate with school leadership and mental health counselors in planning and implementing school-based programs including: open houses, enrollment information assemblies, and other school-based recruitment events
• Serve as recruitment representative for outreach: represent schools at community events, recruitment fairs, and other outreach events designed for student achievement
• Create, manage, and execute a strategic plan to increase student enrollment ensuring school-wide matriculation smart goal success
• Build and cultivate relationships with the Office of Community Schools
• Advise & assist prospective and newly accepted students & families throughout enrollment process
• Track and analyze all student data: recruitment benchmarks, goals, graduation requirements, attendance and character development
• Provide one-on-one counseling, mentoring & coaching to students in need
• Conduct restorative justice & conflict resolution programs, including restorative justice, and conflict resolution between students
• Provide behavior management for at-risk youth and alleviate issues among them creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere
• Implement crisis intervention utilizing the Non-Violent Crisis Intervention approach
• Teach job skills, assist with financial literacy curriculum & facilitate career readiness training
• Act as a liaison between youth, youth's family, employers, and community agencies
• Develop individual achievement plans and goals
