I am retired because of several injuries with permanent restrictions that keep me from gainful employment including being unable to sit for more than 30 minutes, stand more than an hour, no reaching or overhead work, no crawling, jumping, climbing, lifting restrictions to include no more than 20lbs per arm and others. Functional Capacity examination was turned into PERA with limitations noted by the person that administered the exam. My Work Comp Doctor agreed with the assessment and told me those would be my restrictions.

- Trained and evaluated Animal Services officers while on probation recommending hiring or terminating before end of probationary period.
- Educated citizens and animal owners on how important it was to be a good and responsible owner to avoid possible fines or even jail time.
- Also responsible for responding to more extreme and difficult calls involving inn depth investigating with irate and difficult citizens and complaints of animal neglect.
- Investigated reports of malicious cruelty to include issuing citations or criminal complaints which at times required me to write up search and seizure warrants to serve and pull animal
- I was still responsible for working as a field officer with responsibilities to include chasing and capturing animal not just domestic but exotic, livestock and wildlife. Having to handle and impound the animals at times to include quarantining for various reasons.
- I was euthanasia certified and had to euthanize domestic and wildlife animals during the course of my duties.
