  • Worked to onboard our current EDI partners to Infor/M3.
  • Resolved issues related to the compatibility of the order documents that will be used by our partners.
  • Worked with SPS Commerce and Infor to make sure we met the requirements of our trading partners relating to their outbound documents (PO Acknowledgment, ASN, Invoice).
  • Assisted in the integration testing for e-commerce and HYDRA.
  • Worked with the EDI teams in Japan, the UK, and Canada to help solve issues that might have come up during their testing.
  • I worked closely with Infor, having daily testing sessions to review issues and talk through solutions, as well as the actual testing of EDI orders.

  • I started with no analytical experience and was lucky enough to use a couple of work hours every day to teach myself how to build Power BI reports.
  • I met consistently with each department to gather requirements for new reports, demo newly finished reports, and answer questions on existing reports.
  • Worked with the Five9 team to learn their analytics tool, Five9 Analytics, to create specific reports relating to the Five9 call and chat data, which is collected from all customer service and fitting interactions with customers.
  • Created more than 30 reports between both Power BI and Five9 Analytics.
  • I also gained basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps to build a handful of apps for the Fitting and E-Commerce teams.
