- Lead all staff/ministry teams and ensure that they are all moving in the same direction that is consistent with the mission/vision of our church.
- Oversee the operations of the church. This includes overseeing and managing the annual budget, maintenance needs, working with outside vendors and empowering volunteers to help with needs.
- Lead all small groups and small group leaders. This includes recruiting, training and empowering them to develop leaders within their groups.
- Implementation and execution of Wildsparq leadership platform to help all staff develop their leadership gifts. This includes leading an all staff Team Meeting to discuss and apply what we've learned.
- Create and oversee systems within the church to ensure that those wanting to take a next step are followed up on and don't slip through the cracks. The majority of these are created within Planning Center.
- Lead consistent one on ones with team members to relationally connect as well as help manage tasks and objectives needed.
- Created and implemented employee evaluations to help team members grow and learn from their performance.
- Track and evaluate metrics within the church to allow leadership to make calculated decisions based on the goals and markers that we've set.
- Lead all IT needs within the church.

- Worked in Student Ministry for the first 5 years. This included pretty much everything from teaching on a weekly basis to leading a student worship band to organizing student activities to communication with parents and families.
- Transitioned from Student Pastor to Associate Pastor and grew into more of a shepherd and overseer for our church.
- Led "Big Church" worship and our worship band. This included leading while playing the acoustic guitar, conducting practices and weekly selection of songs for services.
- Built and maintained a church website and helped with many technology needs across the church.
- Preached 6 to 8 times a year as called upon.
- Conducted weddings and funerals as necessary.
- Taught many university style classes on doctrine, finances, relationships, etc.
