Manage annual division budget in excess of $30 million dollars.
Regional SWAT team supports local, state and federal law enforcement agencies by responding, planning, and performing high risk tactical operations including, hostage negotiations/rescue, civil unrest, barricades, terrorist threats and high risk entries.
Manage and oversee law enforcement operations in a diverse community, maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, staff and the greater community. Develop and execute department general orders and procedures. Managed intergovernmental agreements. Collaboration with internal and external law enforcement and government partners and stakeholders.
Assistant Chief of Investigations of 230 sworn law enforcement officers/investigators. Developed and managed countywide Asian Organized Crime Unit (taskforce operation federal, state, local). Managed annual budget in excess of $40 million dollars.

Determined appropriate course of criminal cases analyzing and evaluating information, including evidence and suspect information. Initiated collaboration between community members and law enforcement in minority communities to strengthen communication and trust.
