  • MCX - Michaels Center of Excellence District Training Store (2021-current). Onboarded and fully trained both internal and external management including all hourly department managers, Store Managers and District Managers for the district as well as additional districts as needed. Developed direct reports to provide high level training assistance and provide additional mentorship with all trainees.
