- Walking jobs to make sure that jobs get done with as few of issues a possible and and are profitable

-Performing truck and PPE inspections and safety audits

- Helping with Scheduling of jobs to insure that the correct techs are on the job

- Taking the lead on bigger jobs to make sure they are as profitable as possible.

- Make sure that all jibs are done as safe as possible

- Coach and train new hires and help other techs / inspectors as needed

• Preventive maintenance of all plant machines, hoists , doors and forklifts - order parts , work with outside vendors and contractors - lead in installation of machinery and fabrication of new designs - hydraulics and pneumatics - plumbing : pvc pipe , copper , and hand pipe - fire alarm test, PIV, flow test and alarm checks - installation of conduit and electrical components - welding : arc, mig, tig - oxygen and acetylene cutting and use of plasma cutter - experience with shop tools and equipment ; air compressors forklifts , trouble shooting, motor replacement, repair - 480 volt, 230 volt in 3 phase and 480,277,240,208 and 120 in single phase - cnc saw computer generated

• Machine maintenance - welding : arc , tig - electrical trouble shooting , 3 phase and single phase - waste water treatment - any facility maintenance required

• Various jobs depending on what department I was in, everything from folding frames , setting engines, setting cabs, mounting tires, driving trucks around plant, repair of any damaged or missing parts on trucks

• Welding of frogs, diamonds, switchs and rails - fill out all work forms, time card - coordinate all work to be , making sure work was done safe and up to
• FRA code - order material and supplies needed - drive track hoe , graders , tampers , and numerous company equipment
