Dedication - Patrol officer with 3 1/2 years experience in the patrol division possessing the values of loyalty, duty, honor respect, selfless service, accountability, integrity, and courage.

Leadership - Recognized by superiors as "...an emerging leader amongst his peers. His motivation, attitude, and hard work set the example and the standard for others to follow. He has demonstrated abilities and knowledge that are beyond that of more tenured officers."

Commitment to Training - Have sought out and attained additional responsibilities as a PTO, Handgun Instructor, Taser Instructor, FBI Defensive Tactics Instructor, and TI Simulator Instructor. Have shown commitment to helping and mentoring recruits in enhancing their tactical/firearms knowledge, skills and abilities which aids them in making good decisions that reflect positively upon themselves and our department. Have provided over 350 hours of firearms instruction to police recruits since becoming a firearms instructor in 2024.
