• Developed partnership with Purpose First Beach Clean Ups to assist with community clean up and networked with several other local businesses to host monthly events with an excess of 100 participants.
• Created and drove a nightlife program that resulted in an additional revenue exceeding $1M annually.
• Led a team of over 100 team members in a high volume, upscale coastal seafood restaurant with an eight-figure annual revenue.

• Created a partnership with the Philadelphia Eagles Fans of San Diego to increase annual revenue by roughly $100k.
• Increased guest satisfaction across all platforms including taking average Yelp score from 3 to between 4-5 while dropping labor below 20%.
• Promoted, trained and mentored several team members into supervisor and manager roles; including the current Assistant General Manager.

• Opened and maintained daily operations and full P & L responsibility for a 20k sq ft eatertainment venue featuring a scratch kitchen and craft beverage program.
• Hired, trained and led a team of 12 managers and over 200 team members.

• Daily operations and full P & L responsibility for a 15k sq ft eatertainment venue featuring live music with a net annual revenue in excess of $4 million.
• Planned and executed several high-profile red carpet and live music events with celebrities, media and guest counts in excess of 1k.
• Hosted 300+ private events annually.

• Daily operations for Hyde Lounge inside Staples Center with a net annual revenue in excess of $4 million.
• Hosted 150+ private events annually including a single event for $300k (Grammys).
• Maintained constant communication between Levy Restaurants, AEG and SBE to ensure compliance across all three and a seamless operation.
