Summary

I've been growing on a small scale in a garage/tents for 20+ years and want to scale up. I began in the medical cannabis community in 2002 in San Diego as a budtender. I started off working front-of-house and, not long after, moved to back-of-house to concentrate on cultivation. I've grown indoors and outdoors, hydroponics and soil. My goal is to develop and strengthen my skills through knowledgeable leadership and to learn how to maintain a large facility.
