Proven leader with extensive experience in law enforcement and investigations notably with Pawnee County Sheriff's Office. Excelled in investigative procedures and teamwork, enhancing community safety and client satisfaction. Achieved significant improvements in case resolution efficiency and customer loyalty through innovative problem-solving and effective collaboration.

I served on multiple boards that benefit and help the citizens of not just Pawnee county but the citizens of our state. I set on the Oklahoma Sheriff Association Executive Board for 10 years. During that time I was a 2 term President and a 4 term Past President. This association helps ALL local law enforcement agencies with fighting for the citizens with new laws and old laws that needed revised so the citizens can be protected. I am currently a board member for the United Community Action Program. UCAP helps 9 Counties with Pawnee being the center hub. It is designed to teach our children and take care of our elders.
