Provide operational oversight with all Air Ambulance fixed wing and rotor wing flights and Emergency Helicopter Rescue missions to ensure they are conducted in a safe and timely manner. Thorough understanding of flight operations procedures and operator requirements for both Part 91 and Part 135 flights. Knowledge of air navigation, meteorology, flight planning and FAA regulations to ensure compliance. I am passionate about teaching others these skills, so others can be successful team members.

I have experience in managing personnel and enjoy working with my supervisors. Ensuring the flight dispatch team members have all the information needed to operate efficiently and effectively, providing assistance with other Operational Control responsibilities deemed necessary.
