- We have to always stay active and moving whether we were slow or busy, everyone makes sure to help each other out.
- Make sure our tasks were complete at the end of the shift, this involves cleaning our sections and making sure everything was clean and put away for closing, or restocked and wiped down for opening.

- As a crewmember, my job is to deliver the perfect service with lots of fun. Being a crewmember we work every position with a sense of urgency.
- As a certified trainer, we welcome new crew and train them in every position on shift. As a trainer, we develop skills that help assist others to perform and achieve basic tasks. We guide new crew in to excel in their challenging positions.
- Given the opportunity to join the safety team, which only has a select number of crew on it. The goal is to create a safe environment in and outside the restaurant. This took a lot of effort and time off schedule to keep our crew and customers happy.

- The volunteer position involves spending time in The Landing waiting area for patients checked-in to get x-rays or lab tests done.
- As a volunteer here, the goal is to commit to embracing and welcoming patients in a hospitable and comfortable way.
- In this position, we are tasked to give away coloring pages, word searches, and other activities fit for the ages of patients to complete while waiting. It helps the time go by faster for most. Other items we offer include books, card games and interactive newspaper activities.
- Tasks for after shifts are to restock the activity cart and binder with colored pencils, crayons, activity pages and coloring pages. We must make sure to keep everything sanitized and clean after pick up.
