The Customer Account Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for the Order Fulfillment process team, processing and resolving requests, and providing tailored customer support, maintaining customer data for over 1,200 backorders for the U.S. Navy Fast Attack Submarines stationed in Guam, Pearl Harbor, and San Diego, in addition to tracking and expediting my customer's high-priority requirements.
