Started with Amazon as an entry level associate on pallet dock, quickly acquiring PIT licenses and problem solve training. Moved to Transout as a Tier 1 AA where I was involved in multiple layouts and changes to the department for the next couple of years and was able to help increase work by more than 50%. Afterward I worked as a seasonal Non-Inventory associate during the peak of 2019 and then was promoted to Transout PA in 2023. Transitioned to Operations as FHN PA for IB Stow in Q4 of 2023 and currently fulfill this role.

Worked with a specialized team responsible for maintaining above-standard store appearance while also providing quality customer service. Responsibilities included pricing merchandise, setting bays to plan-o-gram, distributing freight, beam movement, operation of lift equipment, and partnership with store leaders and management. In addition, I worked as a lead in a variety of problem-solving projects and I was in charge of training new associates upon leaving the company.

Managed small crews of up to 4-5 associates in conjunction with building site leadership for successful completion of land surveys. Responsible for setting pinpoint markers using meticulous calculations to accurately establish property boundaries within fractions of an inch, as well as foundation corners for house development utilizing metal detectors, GPS systems, and measuring instruments. I represented SA Engineering as the Senior Party Chief during my last 2 years with the company.
