In addition to the standard responsibilities that are expected of a sales associate in retail, I also produced an array of content for Cape & Cowl's social media platforms. This content included promotional posters, custom graphics, video advertisements, and more.

• Worked alongside guest artists and writers during store-hosted signings to ensure events ran smoothly.

On top of customer service and sales, I ran the Crush Comics Instagram account and expanded the store's online presence. I also spearheaded multiple collaborative events with the neighboring business, The Chabot Theater, such as curating art shows and hosting post-movie discussion panels to encourage the community to support our businesses.
