The Team Lead assists our team in giving our guests the best possible service and hospitality. Through collaborating, educating, and mentoring our Associates, the Team Lead guarantees that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

I was in charge of overseeing cashiers, making sure that customer service meets the highest standards, and advising and training cashiers. The Lead Cashier is also responsible for managing client complaints and resolving any potential problems.

In addition to managing incoming calls and emails and rotating leads, I was also in charge of carrying out administrative tasks as directed by the director of sales, maintaining a neat and orderly office, and performing any other ad hoc tasks that might be required to support event sales processes.
