Some experiences with customer service and communication due to classes such as Business and Marketing.

• Some activities that I take part in are in school clubs such as DECA and FCCLA, which teach much about communication and teamwork. The first club, DECA teaches many things about business and workspaces, allowing to gain experience before an actual job.
• Another activity that I participate in is the training we get while "working"/ directing the student store at our school, this permits for students to gain customer service skills as well as knowing how to work a cash register.
