Lead Architect on multiple restoration, renovation and design projects across different administrative and industrial and petrochemical facilities, I prepared project schedules based on the work needed and made sure to follow them.

On site, I needed to keep checking that every worker was wearing the proper safety equipments, taking the proper breaks and keep aware of the weather to keep my workers safe by switching between interior and exterior works, I kept track of building materials on site and in storages, made orders on time so the work never stopped and watched the quality of all completed work, I also signed bills and contractor payments on time and always delivered my projects as planned, on time and with the best quality.

• Lead Architect Prepared and Drafted architectural drawings for Hermal Private Hospital in Sadat City, Identified points of replacement and renovation within the Hospital to ensure the building and the plans received approval from the Egyptian Engineering Authority
• Lead Architect Prepared and Drafted architectural drawings for A Natural Flavors Factory in Burj-Al-Arab City including identifying the replacements and renovation points within the factory to ensure the building and the plans received approval from the Egyptian Engineering Authority
• Confirmed all the Drawings meet the Clients budget and the quality and safety standards of the Egyptian Engineering Authority

Conclusion:

• Personally measured existing buildings on site and prepared floor plans to match the real-life conditions. Identified problems in the structures and proposed solutions according to the client's budget and ensured every little detail meets the exact requirement of the Authorities
