• Wore multiple hats while I was deployed in Kuwait
• Responsible for 2 other units
• Worked as Facility Maintenance Officer (FMO), Equipment Maintenance Manager, Ammo Handler, Housing POC, and Supply Clerk
• Received 100% on supply inspection done by batallion
• Managed and coached junior soldiers
• Worked with one of the best team, got so much accomplished in such a short time
• Worked in a Theater Gateway as a FMO made lot of upgrades such as tore down deck that was falling apart, re did floor, upgraded AC, fridge etc in the facility due to COVID to protect soldiers and civilian who were working as well as who were travelling in and out of the Theater Gateway
• Fixed lot of infrastructure which were old by submitting project request to Department of Public Works in Kuwait (Camp Arifjan)
• As an equipment maintenance manager, kept track of all the equipment (weapon, gas masksetc) maintenance date were current and stayed on top of due dates. When equipments were due, coordinated with maintenance unit by submitting work orders
• Once the maintenance was done, updated and closed open work orders in GCSS – Army, SAP tool used for equipment management
• Besides regular work, I participated in around 7-8 - 5k runs every month and also ran half marathon 13.1miles within less than 2.5hours
• Received Army Commendation Medal (ARCOM) award for the mission, one of the prestigious award in the army, for doing distinguishing work for the Army at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
• Supervised and managed employees during sorting, packaging and return procedures.
• Analyzed inventory to determine serviceable, unserviceable and salvageable materials and compared items against back stock records to distribute to designated locations.
• Evaluated back stock and returned extra, sealed and salvageable goods to designated locations.
• Handled maintenance reports for orders requested and completed.
• Coordinated supply orders to meet consumer demand and minimize costs of storing and transporting goods.

March 2020, Our unit was activated to support COVID mission and I assisted Governor's Food Task Force mission consisted of team of Army General, Lieutenant Colonel and 2nd Lieutenant to track all the food banks and ARNG activated soldiers for each day.

- deployed to Kuwait with a Personnel team of 14 to Kuwait and assisted as a multiple role mainly Supply Sergeant NCO and Facilities Manager and recognized with ARCOM award for the job.

- coached junior soldiers and assisted seniors on various task to drill such as drug test, different holiday decorations, range detail, PT grader etc

Universal Transportation Services provided transportation to special needs students and our company was subcontracted with American Logistics Company

• managed around 5-25 drivers
• provided transportation service to Fremont, Hayward, Castro Valley and surrounding areas
• sub contracted with LAVTA Wheels, Livermore elderly and special needs transportation support for a years
• able to make revenue of more than quarter million dollars
• subcontracted lost the contract and we lost contract as well
• successfully handled parents, students, drivers, area managers and regional managers to maintain the flow of the transportation business.
• Assisted in recruiting, hiring and training of team members.

• Deployed with 500 soldiers to Qatar
• Assisted our Head Quarter in HR section with various personnel actions
• Headquarter HR section was responsible for 3 attached units
• Assisted my supervisor on completing various action such as medical leave request, various junior enlisted promotion, created, maintained and updated personnel folder in filing cabinets, assisted scheduling, maintaining the office in professional manner
• I ran 10k in the beautiful city of Doha, Qatar, did 5 miles ruck and got first female ruck with 35 pounds, ran around 10 5k runs, went in soldier of the month board and Command Sergeant Major recognize me with a coin for one of the best performer even though I was not selected.

• Assisted HR Director, Senior Personnel Analyst on various personnel action such a recruitment, updated outdated Port personnel handbook, assisted in proctoring exams, grading exams, research on salaries, conducted various surveys, coordinated with various department supervisors to updated information in personnel handbook
• Hired for 3 months intern job but ended up working for a whole year and complete 1040 hours.
