Went through the hiring process of adding two Intake Supervisors that best fit and aligned with Vital Care processes, as well as adding one new Intake Lead for overseeing Under Our Watch franchises across the network for a smooth transition for each new franchise.
Provided constructive feedback to those internal applicants who did not get the position, so that they are able to utilize this as they grow in their careers at Vital Care.
I trained both of my Intake Supervisors to be able to run the Intake Team alike for ease of transition if one was out.
