In my pastoral ministry, I consider my greatest achievements to be those that reflect transformation in people's lives and the strengthening of Christ's Church. I have focused on preaching and teaching that is biblically grounded and Wesleyan in theology, helping congregants grow in grace and deepen their discipleship.
I have helped develop lay leadership by mentoring emerging leaders and equipping them for service in worship, small groups, and outreach ministries. I initiated community outreach efforts that strengthened our connection with surrounding community, particularly through church and society committee. Administratively, I worked to improve communication, transparency, and stewardship practices, helping foster greater trust and accountability within the congregation.
