With over 17 years of experience in the medical field, I have enjoyed the management and critial aspects of medicine in the retail and hospital setting. During 2019, I was able to develop an inventory management plan that saved the hospital thousands of dollars. I was also able to assist in the development of an in house retail pharmacy that was accompainied by a 340B program, that I managed, that was able to bring in a substantial about of income to help the hospital financially. My passion is helping others and developing a strong foundation of work experience for everyone. Throughout my career in pharmacy, I have built the skills of priorities and expectations. My experience in the medical field built the desire to extend my knowledge and skills in obtaining a bachelors degree in healthcare management.
