Emergency Department Director 2009 - 2012 - During this time I elevated the Emergency Department from a failing Level 4 to Level 3 with a certified Stroke center. During this time I also served on the Trauma Board for our region and the Child Death Review Board. Taught BLS/ACLS/PALS as a certified American Heart Instructor

Employee Health 2012 - 2012 - Employee physicals, drug screening, injury, active in the community including Boo on the Flu and a traveling flu clinic.

Director of Clinical Documentation Improvement 2012 -2014 - I implemented this department which saw an increase in revenue due to improved physician documentation through review and education.
