Reporting To: Tom Luedke
Compensation: You will be paid $4,038.46 per pay period, which equates to $105,000 on an annualized basis which will be subject to applicable tax withholdings. This position is considered exempt, not eligible for overtime pay, and your salary is intended to cover all hours worked. Eligible for a 10% bonus based on performance.
Benefits: Overview of our Benefits Program is included in your On-Boarding documents for review. You will get a link to enroll through our Employee Navigator portal once you have completed the on-boarding process.
Paid Time Off: We offer an open PTO policy with flexibility to take what you need. However, any PTO requests will be subject to review and approval from your manager. Our full PTO policy is available in our handbook.
Contingency: You will be working onsite and will be asked to work on occasional Saturday as business needs arise.
