Direct Supervisor for the Southington YMCA programs at Kelley (2016-2018), Thalberg (2018-2019), and Derynoski Elementary Schools (2019-2020) in Southington, CT. Responsible daily for all facets of the sites operation for 45-80 program participants and 6-24 staff members daily. Daily responsibilities included paperwork/data base management, large group facilitation, staff coaching/development, family communication, and State of CT OEC compliance monitoring.

Marketing department internship directly responsible for website content creation, information organization & design for the organization's new website, and assisted with events through the organization's grant partnerships.

Direct Supervisor for the Day Camp After Care Program with between 95-155 program participants and 16-25 staff members daily. Responsible for all direction, coordination, and implementation of daily programming also including but not limited to daily staff supervision, parental communication, and meeting all ACA, State of CT Office of Early Childhood, and YMCA programming standards.

Secondary Supervisor working directly under the Site Coordinator with 80 program participants and fourteen staff members daily. Helped create, lead, and implement programming at the School Age Site.
