- I perform work in the shaft as well as special projects in the mine.
- We maintain the shaft and make any and all repairs needed to continue hoisting salt.
- We've been rehabbing our current production shaft; jack legging duey dags and split sets w/mesh from our work deck.
- All types of ground support; swellex, grouted cable bolts, split sets, mechanicals.
- I operate equipment such as fletcher bolter, jumbo, skid steer, R1700G/R1600G muckers, mini x, tractors.
- I also operate smaller loaders such as ST-2D, ST-5D as well as forklifts.
- I have experience with 2 leg /3leg gopher drills, jack leg rock drills, sinking hammers, TEI rock drill.
- I worked on the belt line/ventilation crew for a year so I have experience training belts/replacing rollers and splicing belts as well as maintaining proper ventilation throughout the mine.
- I have experience fusing PTFE Pipe (butt fusing and paddle fusing), we also manage most if not all of the water coming into the mine as well as supplying water for drilling.
