Reprenenting these individual included Case Preparation, Investigation, Plea Negotiations, Preliminary Hearings, Pre-Trial Conferences, Motion Hearings
Instructed Judges, Prosecutors, and Defenses Attorneys from throughout the State of Oklahoma on Death Penalty Issues relating to Case Investigation, Jury Selection, Preliminary Hearings, Motion Practice, Aggravating and Mitigating Factors and how those issues relate to trying a Death Penalty Case
